RecommendedThis experience was the worst only because of the service technician, he truly was the worst, I was just getting on oil change I had to wait until the next day to get my car the tech told me he lost my car and forgot about then lied and said he changed my air filter The service manger checked the work order and no order to change the filter was on their. Chase Pigue was awesome and helped me get into exactly what I wanted( and i am very difficult when it comes to picking out new cars). I am beyond pleased with my experience and the deal they were able to work . Everetts customer service is always above and beyond! Every car I've ever owned has been purchased from them!
This dealership has always been helpful with repairs and service.......until now. Brought my vehicle in for issues with the CVT transmission which have plagued Nissan for years and in particular, my 2013 JX35. I could not get the car to the dealer immediately upon experiencing the issues, and by the time they could look at it, I was a few days past my extended warranty period but had not past the mileage.
