Horrible customer service. Brought a car for an oil change and they didn’t do it because of the suspension mods. Even though the suspension mods were okay for the car to go on the lift and they still didn’t do it causing the motor to spin a bearing not even 24 hours later.
the recent service team aren't the same quality and honest people they once were. its very unfortunate but I've been taking my cars to other luxury car dealers because I appreciate honesty instead of extra charges for simple jobs. $125 for a synthetic oil change with filter? crazy.
