Made an appointment online on Wednesday to bring my car in today, Saturday, for a moonroof shade that won't open and a service light that won't go away. I live 2 hours out of town and was literally tanking up to head to the dealership when I get a phone call telling me that they don't perform these services on Saturday. First off, what happens to those folks who can only come in on Saturday? Secondly, why wait until 2 hours before appointment time to call your customer to make them aware of the issue?
