I do not recommend this company. They were not willing to work with us when we had an issue, ridiculous fees and rude staff. There are so many wonderful apartment complexes in the area (we have personally dealt with two others that were great), I would avoid this one
RecommendedIkon has such beautiful facilities and apartments! It feels like home and a neighborhood rather than an apartment. With the spacious layout and nice appliances inside, their apartments are hard to beat!
RecommendedLove it!!! Moved in back in August and it has been great. The staff is always super friendly and kind. Maintenance is always really quick to fix problems when they arise. Definitely recommend
I have attempted to contact a manger several times about a persisting issue in my apartment bedroom. Not only have they not fixed the issue, but they have dragged out finding a solution by ignoring emails until you reach out more than once (even then they don't respond). There is no true customer service/resident importance in this complex.
