RecommendedHouses are super nice and roomy! Very convenient location and a lot of high end amenities, such as pool and weight room. The staff is very nice and helpful! They are also very understanding and are willing to listen to what we have to say!
RecommendedIkon has great amenities and spacious houses. The size of the rooms, kitchen, and living area are amazing. Maintenance staff is very responsive and timely, they keep the complex looking great! A great place for students to live in Athens!

RecommendedI love living at the Ikon at Athens! The units are very spacious and updated and a furniture package is available. (My favorite part is my huge walk-in closet!) You definitely get your money’s worth, especially with all the amenities such as the great pool, fitness center, free printing, and night-life shuttle. Finally, the office staff is absolutely wonderful and are always doing fun giveaways and contests through the year! Overall, a great place to live!

RecommendedI just signed my lease for 2020 and couldnt be more excited to live here! The staff was incredibly helpful with everything and so sweet. I have only heard good reviews about this place and cant wait to live here in the years to come! Definitely the best place to live in Athens!
