RecommendedI’ve lived here for two years because the rooms are so spacious. You have plenty of space and the kitchen and living rooms are huge as well. All of the houses feel very homey.

The people who work at the front office truly care about your experience here and make sure you feel like you’re truly at home. The macitence team is awesome and they come within the day of or the next day. The pool is so nice as well as the gym. Having a study area upstairs in the club house is super nice and useful; mac books, free printing and coffee always. Having the gate closed makes me feel so safe. They are very unprofessional. They told me the have the right to enter my house whenever they felt like it and I paid my rent on time if not early. I would also get woken up in the morning due to one of the mangers dogs would bark and you could hear it through the walls non stop. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone worse experience I have ever had with an apartment.
although the building is very conveniently located to campus i would not recommend living here. it’s a waste of money solely due to the way this building is run. i have had items broken by staff and not paid for, emails ignored over obscure charges and have been promised to be paid back for ride share services when no one showed up to work at valet then denied that compensation. the property management is awful and they do not attempt to make this a good experience, only a profitable one. it’s too bad seeing as the amenities... read more

Been trying to get answer for over a month. Manager always in a meeting or gone for the day. Really!!! Every time I call. We have sent various emails also with no answer. Renter beware
RecommendedFantastic location and great amenities. Perfect place to live as a college student and the workers there are always so helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live during the school year!
