I’d give the ikon loving experience a generous 3/10. They have terrible maintenance service that can take up to 1 month to to be dealt with. Their furniture is feeble and easily breakable. And oh don’t get me started about the charges. They take money out of you for breathing past their gate. They charge you for the most pointless things. They have TERRIBLE communication services and will constantly not reply to you, then charge you for waiting. Their policy about rent is peak capitalism. RecommendedI just moved into the Ikon this fall and have had a great experience so far. We made numerous maintenance requests and they were all completed within one day. When we first moved we spotted a few insects but after notifying the staff they came and sprayed the apartment for free, which stopped the problem. Finally, in glad the stared closing the gate especially since gameday is right around the corner, it's nice to know that your spot will be there when you get back. RecommendedIkon is a great place to live with super friendly staff and maintenance, and the best amenities!! It is conveniently located just a short ride to campus and many grocery stores/gas stations/movies etc! They are always so helpful and the units are very spacious!

RecommendedIkon is wonderful because there’s a pool, a clubhouse, and a gym. These are great ways for me to have downtime while managing the stress of classes. It’s also really spacious and comfortable.
Just started living here and so far so good! Everyone is very responsive and attentive, which was an issue at my old place. So it’s great to live in a place where they actually answer phone calls and maintenance requests in a timely manner!
RecommendedI’ve lived here for four years and it’s been great! The amenities are awesome and maintenance will always take care of whatever problem you have within a day or two which is soooo nice!
RecommendedI have lived at Ikon for 2 years and it has been a great experience. The maintenance staff is great and they respond to issues quickly. I love the amenities, such as the gym and pool. The rooms are a good size and the kitchen/living area are huge.
