Whatever you do, dont move in this pos. horrible management, utilities barely work, the noise level is unfathomable from both your neighbors and the outside noise, elevators barely work and they have shifty ass fines. Signed till may, the leasing staff told me i could extend in march, came to march and they declined my extension. Do not move in here.
Used to be a great place to live, until the new General Manager came in. He violates the Chicago Municipal Code requiring two days advance notice of an inspection, ignores contract terms and conditions and in my option, is not qualified to manage an ant farm, let alone a building where he has unfettered access to your home.
Nothing in this building works and the management is never available, nor do they help. I've had water, heating, and ESPECIALLY internet issues ever since I moved here. None of the building systems like guest check-in or mail alerts ever work. Security is uncontactable. Maintenance people periodically barge into the apartment unannounced and leave without fixing anything. This place costs way too much for this level of crap. Don't waste your money.
