RecommendedI just signed my lease for Ikon! I will be moving there fall of 2020. The staff has been incredible throughout the whole process and I cannot contain my excitement to live here next fall. I have only heard incredible things about living here so I’m excited to see what is in store for me in the years to come!!

RecommendedI’ve lived at uncommon for two years now and my experience has been incredible. The leasing staff is always extremely helpful and truly cares about ensuring the residents have a great experience. The rooms themselves are all brand new, fully furnished, and the best part is every bedroom has a private bathroom. I would definitely recommend Uncommon Columbus!

RecommendedI love it here! After the new management took over in 2017, everything improved. I signed my lease and I have lived here my freshman, sophomore, junior, and (soon to be) senior year. It’s a great place to meet people. I recommend HERE Kansas to my family & friends. I’ll always love (and never forget) this place. So many fun memories!
