Kind and friendly staff/office! Dr. Helms explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We were well informed.

I was referred to Dr.Helms through another teacher. She thought very highly of him and liked his approach . He was more like a coach than a doctor. I totally agree. I enjoyed his calm but confident manner dealing with my plantar fasciitis issue. I am now able to enjoy running and exercise classes at the Monon in Carmel and playing golf weekly. I will continue to do the exercises so that hopefully my plantar fasciitis issue will NOT return. Thank you Dr. Helm and your staff!
Dr. Chhiba was terrific to work with and was able to quickly diagnose and treat my VERY painful condition. I'm back up and at 'em again thanks to Dr, Chhiba and Indy Podiatry. They really do love your feet!

Dr. Helms is the epitome of a compassionate, hard-working doctor. He began treating my disabled daughter years ago. He has done bunion and ankle surgery and foot taping on her. She has done extremely well. He has helped me also with a treatment that my primary care physician ignored. He always tries to solve our foot problems He is not afraid of puzzles. He has a patient-oriented staff. We are very thankful for Dr.Helms and his staff.
Dr. Helms is amazing. I am very pleased with the results of both of my bunion surgeries. He sets realistic goals and expectations when it comes to surgery and recovery. I recommend him to all of my friends and family whenever they mention foot pain.
