Always kept clean and tidy .staff are lovely and very helpful.

I found the staff, particularly a woman named Helen, to be very discriminatory and unhelpful with things especially a request I made for changing the payment due dates. She didn’t care that I found it to be very inconvenient for me. Rude, and inconsiderate. On the two times I’ve visited to get belongings from a Unit, I’ve faced a grumpy demeanor from staff and an almost robotic countenance. I wouldn’t use them unless you’re not not needing a unit for more than a few days.

Rude, and inconsiderate. On the two times I’ve visited to get some things from my unit, I’ve faced a grumpy demeanor from staff and an almost robotic countenance. I wouldn’t use them unless you’re not using a unit for long
