Staff is cooperative and very doctors are also very nice
We visited today, we felt there was a lack of empathy from the doctor. IVF and IUI are being pushed like commodities without knowing your needs and intent. Divya is polite and helpful. They did the counseling for free. Please make it chargeable if you could really treat patients like educated, aware people and not talk to them In a dismissive tone. We felt talked down to, queries unaddressed, procedure explained very quickly and no empathy. Felt like an industrial transaction.
