Rude staff. We wanted to come and look at their range as were recommended by a friend. Arrived at the shop to be told by a rude woman that we could not come in without an appointment (this was after all covid restrictions had been lifted). There were no other customers in the shop. We asked to make an appointment for that morning but were told nothing available for a few hours. We went to another retailer where we were made to feel welcome and did not need to make an appointment.
We choose Indigo Flooring as they came back with the best quote by far, for our stairs carpet. Their service was great, and we are very happy with their work.
