This place is in major need of a renovation, (in my opinion it needs to be gutted & rebuilt) Cleveland Clinic has their work cut out for them. My worst fear of having to be hospitalized here has arrived, “some” of the negative comments on social media are sadly true.

These are very caring people at IRMC. They have gone the extra mile to ensure my mom receives the best care and they keep us up to date on any changes with her. We have called them at all hours and the staff have never made us feel as though we were intruding.

ER REFUSED to call our doctor when requested. Once on 23-hour observation floor, two nurses REFUSED to call our doctor. I had to go home and email our doctor. Once our doctor arrived the next morning, the hospital staff wanted "our doctor" to tell them what was wrong because they couldn't figure it out. ER doctor was ONLY interested in getting the patient admitted as a 23-hour out-patient because he makes more $'s off Medicare when he uses this method of keeping patients.
