Wife was just turned away from the Sebastian Walk-in Clinic with my sick son because she only has a digital copy of our insurance card. We live in a digital world full of online medical records and emails between Doctors and patients. What is wrong with a digital copy of my family's insurance card?
RecommendedSurgery yesterday! Outstanding experience! These folks are on the top of their game! Doctor, nurses, reception, CNAs , anesthesiologists , etc. all competent, and very compassionate. If you have to be there, it will be a good experience!

Took my mother to emergency room last Friday , we were there over 6 hours , never saw a doctor. She had a compression fracture of T11 and I was told they don’t do MRI’s or any type of surgery on “weekends” , it was Friday morning ! It was packed , definitely under staffed ! We were told AVERAGE wait time to see a doctor is 6.5 hours , that is not acceptable. She is 86 years old , I feel her treatment or lack there of is awful.

I had a scheduled Arthroscopy of my right knee in the Outpatient Surgery Center and the procedure was a total success!. The Staff were all very professional and made me feel quite at ease about the whole process. My Surgeon is Dr. William Stanton, M.D. and he has been with me throughout the whole ordeal. There is not a better Orthopedic Surgeon on the face of the Earth. Severely understaffed rude and unprofessional....
Was inpatient and every facet of my interaction with this hospital exceeded my expectations. Great, competent staff, excellent food, outstanding health management, complete and timely communication and...I’ll mention the staff again they were over the top fabulous!
Nice staff & the new professionalism of the Doctors they have brought in, and continue to bring from the Cleveland Clinic, will only add the medical knowledge, procedures, and Staff this area was so much in need of.
