My husband was scheduled for an MRI. He explained that he was a full-assist. They asked that he bring his Hoyer sling, which he did. When there he was told he should have come sitting on it? And for some reason they did not pick him up and put him on the table as was done in the past. Problem is, he prepaid $295 when he pre-registered. By the time, we left, registration was closed. Now it's up to us to make multiple phone calls to get the money back. And we will be rescheduling the MRI of his brain at Orlando Health.

My husband needed emergency services recently. Our main health care providers are located in Boston, MA. He had such a good experience at Cleveland clinic in Vero beach The ER is equipped with state-of-the art private rooms and equipment. No more waiting in hallways. Allow me to share with the Public... Just how evil and willfully ignorant Cleveland clinic is. We had a 72-year-old male who's oding on a psych meds. He's a fall risk. We're not too sure about his exact diagnosis yet. After oding on his psych meds Cleveland Clinic used their own non-emergency transport to dump the man off in his home opened up the door while I was sleeping and demanded their way in.
