I have never received such wonderful care at any hospital facility! The Dr's and nurses made me feel like a real person not a number or paycheck. The standard of care and attention went above and beyond any I have ever experienced! I would recommend IRMC to anyone who wants top rate service and care. Thank you all so much!!

The staff was great, cleanliness, not so much. Got some excuse that cleaning wasn't scheduled for that area and they had to call someone when they needed something done. So why haven't you called?

Place is dirty and some of the staff seams to be incompetent

It was the worst experience I've ever had.. My son went in there with sudden spasms in his face, when triage looked at his tonsils they were horrified to see how swollen they were with white puss... When we got into a room Dr. Michael khazalpour said it didn't look that bad triage is not a Dr... They did no further tests on either his spasms or his throat.. To boot they sent him home without a drop of fever medicine with a temp of 103, by time I got home it was 104.3... Today my sons nose is gushing blood for no visible reas... read more
I have been calling for 2 days and can not get anyone to return my call. I have been in alot of pain and trying to get appointment with dr. Stanton AND NO ONE SEEM TO GIVE A SHIT. HAVE EVEN LEFT MESSAGES WITH HIS NURSE. Its like the place has closed down, unable to get a person just answering machine.

My husband was recently hospitalized for 3 days in the ICU and 1 day on the M/S fifth floor. He received outstanding care!!! The ICU nurses and aides were superb! I stayed 24/7 with him for the 3 nights he was there. He was admitted via ED. Staff there were efficient and pleasant. Fifth floor staff were wonderful!
