Disappointed by the level of care I received in December 2016 after a very bad fall & having to be seen in the ER. The staff was very disconcerning & appeared very disconnected in their treatment toward my injuries. The triage team, including nurses & drs on call were so " matter of fact" & offered no advise or concern after popping a Percocet in my mouth & discharging me. This hospital really needs some re-training toward their patients.

I get a bill, login to pay it and they don't have it posted to my account! On top of that my account was locked and I had to go through that process of unlocking and creating a new password. What a waist of time. As a Distributed Computer Annalist I find this unacceptable! I guess now I have to waist time calling!.
VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF CHECKING-IN. DIRECTED TO THE CORRECT FLOOR AND DR.s rep. NO LONG WAITING TO BE CARED FOR. MUCH MORE EFFICIENT THAN AN OLD DR'S OFFICE WHEN YOU SAT TOO LONG WATCHING THE CLOCK..THE ENITRE PROCESS IS PAITENT FRIENDLY. PLEASENT WAITING LOUNGE. AND THE STAFF KEPT YOU UPDATED IF THEIR WAS ANY DELAY.

So this goes back to September of '16. My 16 year old son was in pain. Took him to the ER at IRMC. First mistake. He was misdiagnosed. Took him home and after 2 weeks of not getting better had a look myself. His problem was in an area boys don't like to show their moms. Totally misdiagnosed and on medication that did nothing for his problem. I called and asked them wtf? Was told to return. I did and they made sure my son didn't have to wait in pain. Its terrible hospital I was the 1pm yesterday afternoon till 8:30pm and still nobody seen my child so I left tired of the wait they don't care About no ones health.and. several other people was there longer an hadn't been either.
