It's not that I hated it but rather the ER Doctor Houston gave me the wrong treatment plan for a kidney infection. My daughter is a doctor and she and her associates could not believe this ER Doctor's instructions and prescriptions. She walked in immediately with an attitude that she really couldn't do much to help me because I had already been to my primary care physician the day before and they started antibiotics which she changed to an antibiotic that is not used for kidney infections typically. I've never had a problem here!! Whenever I come except for maybe twice I get in and out or admitted fairly quick. Thanks to all that make it work

I was not at the hospital but at one of the doctors offices in the building adjacent to the hospital. The started off good. Checking and back to a room quicky, then it all went down hill. I waited an hour past my appointment time before the doctor even came into the room. Then when I brought it to her attention that I had waited so long her first comment was, "At least you had something to keep you busy." I was playing a game on my phone. I would like to give a personal shout out of thanks and recognition to all the nurses and nurse assistants @ IRMC SICU & CCU. During the last few weeks I've seen an enormous amount of compassion from these men and women, who often bend over backwards to provide care to patients in need, even when their efforts are often thankless and unrecognized by the patients and families that they are taking care of. So to all the RNs and Nurse Assistants out there - thank you for everything you do.. You are much appreciated. Cheers!

I went to the hospital because I'm pregnant and I was bleeding. I got into a room fast which was surprising but then they came and did and ultra sound and left, they took blood, which the lady had to poke me 3 times just to find my vein. Then gave me an IV of fluids. Then they left. They came back and did a pelvic exam and left... then come back to take my IV out and tell me they are getting my discharge papers ready and I'll be able to leave... in the mean time I haven't heard one thing from any of the tests and doc only wa... read more
