It was a horrible experience! They had no clue how to handle someone with Addison's Disease. Most nurses and the 2 doctors were rude and not interested in finding out what was wrong with me. I'll never go there again!

The staff was wonderful with my mother-in-law they did everything that they could for her keep up the good work
I went to the emergency room last night and I could not have asked for better treatment. I had fallen at home and fractured my nose and dislocated my shoulder and I was in severe pain. The staff were amazing. I was treated by Dr. Brad Damiani and a nurse named Shane and a nurse named Candy. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart, they were all so caring and treated me wonderfully. Everyone, from the volunteer who took my insurance information, to the x-ray technician, to the CT scan department did a superb job and I ho... read more
I worked in ER and was a great group of people who cared!
I recently was a outpatient. I have surgery on my right shoulder, I had broken it in a fall at work From the time I checked at 5 am, service was fast and friendly. Once I was taken upstairs the quality of service was outstanding. They had a problem finding vein for my IV, the brought someone in to install it. Always asking how I was doing. After surgery they woke me, made sure I was ok and home I went. Great service from great people, sorry I don't remember everyone's name. Sincerely J. COWSERT
My mom went in today for chest pains and the RN's and ER Dr. was very nice but when she got emitted into a room her Dr. that was taking care of her then was very very rude. The nurses she had were wonderful, but that Dr. and excuse my language, but she was a downright bitch to her. I didn't get her name but she has glasses and dark hair. My mom told her she needed to eat or her issues wouldn't stop and the Dr. told her she could go another 6 hours without food and that she has "plenty of sugar on her body" to where she didn'... read more

Thank God for RN Sheila in the ER overflow. The paramedic came in and bandage my grandson hand . I think he was trying to be smart with me when I asked him a question,. He told me I would have to ask the dr. That was him that just left. Sheila answered me when she came in and had to redo the work the paramedic had done. Thank you Sheila. The Nurses, physicians and phlebotomist were skilled and kind, but there are too few physicians and too few nurses in the ED. My family member had a cardiac issue and was not seen by a dr for 3 hrs! She was admitted. She was taken to her bed in7 hrs. Too many pts too few nurses and doctors! They have an impossible job! There were patients in the hall. Forget HIPPA , I can tell you all of their medical info. Congestion could've been cleared with more staff!!! God Bless the employees!
