I would definitely recommend this company. After getting ghosted by a tech named Corey Bush who lives in Niota, TN ( if you ever come across this guy - RUN FAST ) Jeremiah, the owner, agreed to send his guys to examine the issue involving my security system. Matt & Ben are knowledgeable & overall great guys. They were able to diagnose the issue & are in the process of fixing my problem. I’m fortunate I found this team of professionals. They are great to work with & come highly recommended.
I would highly recommend this company. Jeremiah the owner was great to work with on my needs. The installation crew Ben and Matt was very knowledgeable on my needs and walked me thru every step and detail of my system. They showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I will use this company in the future for future projects.
Incredible system but the customer service is the best thing about ISS. They are incredibly attentive, prompt, and professional. Matt and Ben were wonderful technicians that got the job done in a timely manner and flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend
ISS has always responded promptly whenever I have had a problem with my Control4 or Nest thermostat systems. Technicians were very knowledgeable, personable, and explained issue being addressed.
