Work completed was good at the time, checked for every possible problem that was caused. I’ve now come to complete an oil change to find my sump plug was over 100 newtons tight and then the filter was too tight and is now stuck. Rang the garage to ask for advice to get it off and was told to bring it back and they would do it. Told them it had no oil and they went well you will have to find away to get it here some how. This is soo much help (NOT) and I won’t be using this garage again. People need to AVOID this garage

Took my car in for a wet belt, water pump, oil pump belt and oil pump re-build and Lee was amazing really professional and they got the job done faster than expected and to a high standard and a good price. They stayed in contact with updates. All authentic Ford parts. Wouldn’t go to another garage now highly recommend.
