Absolutely hopeless and unprofessional estate agent. I am a cash buyer and have enquired about several properties to arrange a viewing. Never answer the phone or call back. They don't respond to email or Rightmove enquiries either. They demand proof of funds before allowing a viewing, despite this not being a legal requirement and highly irregular. I would never buy or sell through this agency. Rude, unhelpful, condescending and unprofessional staff.
1 viewing in 12 months. Seem to have no interest. When asked if they could take photos again after some home improvements, I was told I could take them myself. New estate agents,loads of viewings
Wouldn't arrange a viewing on a property without proof of funds. No estate agent has ever asked for this before and they are letting their clients down.
TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY - NO INTEGRITY - WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. Having jumped through all the necessary hoops for a rental property and despite having an appointment this afternoon AND offering to place a bond to hold the property (which we were told was unnecessary) we had a call this morning to advise us that the property has gone to someone else. Not great. Photos were terrible quality of property I had for sale with them. Recieved zero feedback on viewings. House sold quickly with other estate agents I used, good photos and consistent feedback. The ladies there seem to be a bit stuck in their own ways. I did some test calls at 4.45pm and no one ever answered. I think the reason was they wanted to get out of the office as quickly as possible.
