I can’t recommend this independent estate agents highly enough. From start to finish, they made the job of selling my flat a smooth and stress-free process. Their support throughout was absolutely amazing – professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every stage. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt well informed and supported. A fantastic service from a great team. Highly recommended.
Absolutely hopeless and unprofessional estate agent. I am a cash buyer and have enquired about several properties to arrange a viewing. Never answer the phone or call back. They don't respond to email or Rightmove enquiries either. They demand proof of funds before allowing a viewing, despite this not being a legal requirement and highly irregular. I would never buy or sell through this agency. Rude, unhelpful, condescending and unprofessional staff.
1 viewing in 12 months. Seem to have no interest. When asked if they could take photos again after some home improvements, I was told I could take them myself. New estate agents,loads of viewings
