We walked in wanting a hamster, walked out with a free kitten and had a snake for a traveler. Lol. We returned the snake but happy to say that our new kitten Pumpkin is loving her new home. I'm sorry that the previous owners could no longer care for her.

Bought a beautiful pink colt coral there only to find out it had bee artificially dyed that color which will eventually starve it to death went back to let them know and to see if i could return it for store credit they called the owner Pete who agreed it was probably dyed but wouldnt take it back so im out 50 bucks and i get to watch it starve to death i lost 50 But you lost my business forever one star is way too many Never go to Incredible Pets
Thank you for making my grand daughter cry. Her hamster was purchased on July 13th along with very pricey equipment etc. My daughter-in-law has been there every week since with the ailing animal. Each visit resulted in different courses of action. Naturally, more money spent. Today, Daisy died on the way to your store. This animal was sick from day 3. I do not care what your paperwork says...3 days and sick...the money should be refunded. I will tell every one I know what shabby, uncaring treatment my grand daughter received... read more
