Can get my sons two guinea pigs food same brand at walmart cheaper. But other than that great place we go often. Great staff very nice people
I have never had a bad experience here! I bought my baby ball python and she was very nervous and a picky eater, which is common. I went in one night to get my adult female python a rat and Taylor was there to help.. she gave me great advice on how to get my baby ball python to eat and it worked! Proud mom moment. Taylor is excellent and I want everyone to know! Thank you so much!!

Always amazing! Such an amazing, educated, and caring staff. I have been going Incredible Pets for 12 years and have never ever been to a better pet store. All of their animals AR handled frequently on hand raised and trained from the time they arrive. And the staff always make sure the customers and employees are well educated on the care but each individual that needs. Absolutely love them. Some of the staff are rude there. They told me that the bunny was a dwarf bunny so I got one. The first week I had the bunny it had an upper respiratory infection and an ear infection. So I basically bought a sick bunny and paid more to take it to the vet. And my bunny isn't a dwarf. It's a full size bunny and they gave me a cage that's way to small for him now.
