Just want to thank the awesome staff for all their help. Personally I think it's the best pet store in town.
I have been to this store at least 4 times in the past two months. Their spider selection is incredible!!! Every time I have gone in there, two gentlemen, Jake and Chris have been incredibly helpful with consulting about spiders. I have bought 5 tarantulas from them and have been so happy with them. The slings are healthy and alert and all have molted already. These guys are fantastic and I would recommend Incredible Pets to anyone!
They have a 30 day return policy.... Stinks!!! This is why I will just go to the bigger chain stores instead of a small locally owned one... At least if I buy something at a bigger chain store i'm not bound by only 30 days to return it when it quits working the way it should.... How sad... Incredible Pets will FOREVER lose me as a regular customer over $40.00.. Oh well... Hello PetSmart, Pet Supermarket and Amazon!!! Goodbye Incredible!!!
I brought some fishes and within a couple of days they were dying, come to find they had ick, I called them and they said come in to the store with a water sample, but don't come in with the dead fishes, they told us that they don't do refunds on on anything LIVE, only on the the beta fishes (10 days only ) they will NEVER GET MY BUSSES AGAIN!!!!
Incredible store with such amazing and sweet animals!
What a useless place. Last few times I have been there has been an ugly scratchy chick at the desk welcoming you in and she ignores you when trying to check out while she is on her cell phone. The fish department is a joke, the second you walk over there these 2 nerds ask if you need anything and at the first moment you don't then they walk around and ignore you when you do need help. Besides the cool stuff they have in there its basically useless and she just recognize that its just a place to take your kids to waste time. ... read more
