They don't let you bring your dog's in anymore unless they are small and can be carried... because of one incident. Not shopping here anymore... just a heads up, I have seem small dogs be mean too... #prejudicebysize #frustrated #rude
My husband and I really love this store. We come down from Titusville, Mims boarder every couple of months just to see what is new. We never leave empty handed. The store is amazing. It is always clean and the Owners/Employees really care about the animals and the people they sell them to. All of the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. To see it is to believe it. I find it incredibly sad when PEOPLE place $ over the welfare of an animal, any animal. Exotic animals should NEVER be sold-where did they come from, how did they get here, do people really know how to care for them? NO. Any animal also need enough space to move about, not a cramped cage. I will not support this 'Pet' Store and I encourage all to think very hard before doing so also. Animals are friends, not 'things' to be placed in cramped containers and stared at. Shame on you Incredible Pets.
Terrible service, I waited for over 30 minutes and still couldn't get waited on so I left
