Had an issue with mites that took a little while to resolve, but really impressed with the way management handled the situation after getting wind of it. Fun place to walk around and they have some great knowledgable employees, especially Preston!

Madalyn, we are sorry you had s problem with mites but we do offer mite spray. Provent a mite is a small amount of diluted permethrin. We have straight permethrin with s spray bottle that we offer at 1/4 the price. Please email me at pete@incrediblepets.com and I'll arrange a free bottle for you.
This is probably the only pet store in the area that actually take proper care of their animals. The local chain stores regularly and knowingly abuse their reptiles in particular, and don't do a thing to correct the issues. Incredible Pets keeps their animals healthy, and is a wonderful place to go for any of your pet needs.
Honestly this pet store is wonderful ! Some of these hateful reviews are just ridiculous! The staff here are all wonderful and polite people , especially Preston one of the main guys in the reptile department, he's always very helpful and he seems generally happy to help out. (: And I feel that the animals are all in great health and with how everything is set up most of the animals get quite a bit of attention. Seriously love you guys. ☺️
