One star is one too many to get the warning out to others. The intake of sick animals is called a violation of Communicable Disease Control Standards, and the Dept Of Ag, and the local Animal authorities should seized all the animal containment equipment for testing. Your procedures are reckless to the community, families that purchase any pet, and the animals themselves. A shame profit is more important than decency. Your BBB rating of F speaks for itself.
Very upset to hear about the owner surrendered and depressed ferret with rotting teeth that you made someone pay $159 for after its companion had just died. I am in no way related to the people who have him but I'm glad he's safe with a rescue now. An ethical person/store would have sought out that option themselves and made sure he got the care he needed without charging out the nose for him. Very sad business practice. Their fish are top notch. Going to any store like Pet Smart and they won't have any color. Incredible pets knows how to properly take care of a fish.
Bought an adorable dwarf bunny not even a week ago, spent about $200 on it and it has died due to a virus it was carrying from THIS PLACE! Good job guys!
