Staff is great especially JJ and Nick in the fish department who are always eager to help and knowledgeable. Unfortunately consistency in ordering is a serious issue, we’ve placed special orders and were told we’d be called once the order came in and yet never received a phone call and had to call the store ourselves and inquire about our order. The staff lies about the age of the young rabbits that they have in the store. They are marketed as 3-4 months old but to anyone who has raised rabbits it’s obvious that they are no older than a month. The babies need to be with their mothers as they are being deprived of the milk that they need to develop correctly. Two of the three rabbits I purchased here died within the first six months of having them. Would not recommend buying anything from this store as your animal will most likely die.
