RecommendedWhile I love this store and everything it stands for, I completely understand why there is a limit on the amount of people allowed inside the building at this time. I can not stand the fact that I am a paying customer and I am forced to wait outside the store while people spend 45 minutes to an hour treating the location like a petting zoo and not purchasing anything. I do not want to take my money elsewhere, but I will if they do not figure out some sort of time line when it comes to people browsing.
Nice selection of bird and small pet supplies. Lots of toys to keep pets happy! 🐕🐈🐁🐇🦜🐢🦎🐟🕷
Very disappointed people where very Rude to myself and my family . The people working inside told us if we were not there to buy anything we couldn’t come in and browse . Covid 19 but if we had our mask and hand sanitizer and followed the guide lines like suppose to why was we not allowed in ???? Two sets of people came out of the store while I was there and they had not purchased anything .Came from Va had children with me to see the monkeys I may not have intended to buy but we all know most usually do buy something . Best store in the state that deals in such amazing animals, and has a staff thatll make you feel at home. Each time a pet is sold you can see the love in their eyes as that specific animal leaves because they have put so much time in with them.

We have a 23 year old bird we got from incredible pets as a baby. Over the years Linda and her staff have patiently listened to all the feather baby stories. If you haven’t been in to the new store location stop in and check it out.. The store is full of incredible animals and run by some of the most incredible people you will ever meet. Thank you to all for making sure during the move all of us pet parents were able to get everything we need for our loved babies.
