Always friendly Staff, I just moved to the area from Out of Town, and they are the only ones I have found that sell bird food that my kids will eat. The Prices aren't horrible, and they have amazing exotic pets to watch while you're there. The Lemur in the back is my fave!
I was a customer for over twenty years. They lost my business yesterday. I purchased a reptile light bulb and was assured it would work fine even though the box was old and dusty. I didn't keep the box, as lightbulbs are supposed to work for a long time and the box was really dirty/dusty. The receipt had been attached to the bag with a feeder mouse so I threw it away as it was gross. The bulb blew out after three days. I tried to exchange it and was told there was nothing they could do because I did not keep my receipt. I po... read more

They will sell you sick reptiles
Sold me a sick tortoise which means all the tortoises are infected 😰 please don’t buy from here
Sells sick animals to people. Refuses to take care of vet bills. Don't expect anything you buy here to live longer than a week. Their response to you taking an animal to a vet and having it diagnosed with multiple untreated problems is "Vetenarians don't know shit". Respiratory infections, mites, large parasites in intestines....

I live a hour away they told me my order of 2000 crickets came in so I drove all the way up there only for them to tell me Na they aren’t here the new kid don’t know what he’s doing the manager didn’t care horrible customer service highly recommended people take they’re money somewhere else this place sucks
