I love this place me and my family and friends we never had a problem with them and i been going to this place for about 20 years! they do treat other customers with respect and the Manager as well.Also i love to bring my kids here as well ! Most of all what i like about this place is they always try to keep the customers always happy at all times!!!
Chris in the reptile area helped me yesterday regarding a purchase I had made (Tarantula and habitat) last week from there when someone was covering his break. I made the wrong purchase regarding a habitat and came back in. Chris helped me with all my questions, helped me purchase the proper habitat and upgrade. He was very patient with my slew if questions. I appreciated his knowledge and help. I will definitely come back for all my pet needs due to his kindness and candor with me. when a customer calls with a request to make a complaint with the owner or the highest available manager, they aspect to be called back like they were told. this is the least of your problems but I'll start there
For the most part incredible pets treats their animals amazingly and has a great temp set up for the animals. However today we noticed several snakes were in inappropriately sized tanks. Just requesting that these and a couple more snakes not photographed are moved to bigger enclosures. I also noticed that one of the snakes is overweight (the one with the ripped over bowl) Thanks x
It was awesome ! My kids wanted to see everything they had some animals I have yet to see close up. I will definitely be coming back . Good for family exotic and interaction .
