I would love to support a local business but I can't support the conduct of the owner. I thought that the staff were being cold with me initially because I wasn't familiar to them, and that after over a year of frequent visits and purchases that I would get to know them. However they are still as cold and standoffish as ever which is immensely disappointing considering that I was treated warmly and recognised immediately in every other similar establishment. Rude & arrogant
I always look to support local businesses but Incom has become one I can no longer support. I enjoy collecting and playing Pokemon as well as the occasional board game. Incom used to be the place I would come for all of this, I was able to pre-order new releases often with a discount. They no longer allow me to pre-order because I don’t play in their tournaments, or even sell me stock after it’s released, and what they will sell now if often over RRP.
