Utterly incompetent from a landlord's perspective. Our check-in inventory was incomplete and inaccurate - the clerk was unfamiliar with the terminology for basic household items and seemed more concerned with the placement of spiders than the condition of the actual fixtures and fittings in the house. The checkout report was similarly shoddy - on follow up with the tenants we received evidence that all the items marked as "not seen" by the clerk were in fact in the house.
