Superb practice, just superb, from receptionists to GP's and everyone else.
This is the worst Gp practice I have had in my life. The receptionists are the very worse, the lines there don’t work. It’s the most terrible. I dread the day they assigned me there. Better off not having a Gp practice than have this one!!!
They fail as reception have no clue about how to treat people we have the right to be showing kindness well the patients have the right to be treated and not bullying to no help tnats why more and more suffer receptions who play power of you and then bullied to a fine phone slam it'll make a complaint watch this s SpAce
