Booked my car in for tyre check, brake check, steering check and air-con service for Friday 10th October so booked time off work. I get a phone call Wednesday afternoon saying they will have to reschedule as they're having an IT upgrade done on Friday. I rang another Group 1 dealer for availability on Friday but they were booked up and knew nothing about Stockports IT upgrade. Very poor customer service as they didn't even offer other Group1 VW dealers that could possibly help. Very very poor.

UPDATE 01/10/25: E-mail sent to management chasing for a response and still being ignored. UPDATE 18/09/25: Still no response from any senior member of staff. It's been over 2 weeks since I was told to expect contact. I had a VW Tiguan transported from this Group1VW garage which was purchased in March 2025. Upon requesting the VW Approved Used multipoint check report (MPC) and technician reports when facing some issues with the car after the sale, it took Stockport over a month to respond.
