I had a bike fit at In-Gear. I recently got a new road bike, following a nasty accident, and wanted to make sure it was set up correctly for comfort, efficiency and injury-prevention. At 73, all three are really important to me. Tom was super helpful - thoughtful, painstaking, thorough. He even offered me very useful advice on nutrition and training off the bike - all spot on.
