When we initially visited the store, everyone was helpful whilst we picked our flooring and materials. We were told that everything would be ready for collection the following week and to await a phone call. No phone call was ever received and when we contacted the store, they said there was a delay and materials should be in the following week. This meant we had to cancel our fitter at last minute. Good customer service, gave good price
Steven, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating, and we don’t have an issue with the service. However, the floor layer, Jack, who, on his initial visit, was friendly and helpful, came back and fitted the floor. As soon as he left, I noticed he had dented my fridge; he hadn’t cut the skirting board, which fell off when I opened my appliance door. Finally, the beads were covered in glue, which was unsightly. We decided to redecorate our home and started with flooring, Patrick and the team where very helpful and informative regarding possible choices and pros and cons of different types of flooring. We decided on Engineered wood floors for our downstairs and went with herringbone as we have just personally always thought it is timeless and nice.
