I went to this place to get my head unit installed, which I bought for the shop, I ask how much to fit the head unit and was told £65. So £190 + £65 =£255, dropped tge car off and was told it would be a couple of hours, got to 4:30 in the afternoon and he was just finishing the install, then realised he hadn't fitted the mic, anyway to cut a long story short he blow my loom so that had to be fixed, then he snapped the mic wire, anyway at 7:30pm he'd finished. Took my car to this place this morning for my Audi excellent customer service and fixed my dab while I was waiting 5 star review from me.
So I bought a stereo thought I could plumb it in myself, ended up messing about for a week or so, took it in and within about 5 mins, they diagnosed the fault sorted it out, and did not charge me a penny, I am going back in a few weeks to get the speakers upgraded, my little Golf sounds like a nightclub, absolutely fantastic service, one happy customer! AAA service and friendly, no fluff just good solid electrical engineer doing it right!
