I have been using Impressions for two years now after a long search to find a reliable, professional, trustworthy and friendly cleaning company. They are always very punctual and arrive with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I never feel awkward in asking them to do extra jobs should they occur. The Impressions team have really high standards. I feel they are extremely good value for money and have no hesitation in saying that if you are looking for a cleaner then Impressions should be first on your list.

We've used Impressions for more years than I care to remember! We've found them reliable with a good standard of cleaning. I'm not sure I can remember the last time we had a breakage. If you're looking for a cleaner in mid-Cheshire I would certainly recommend you talk to them.

If you don’t want to read all the below, in a nutshell, they broke things, then admitted ‘Believe me we have had breakages in other clients houses over the past 8 years’ then admitted ‘maybe I should have offered to replace’ ..maybe?? Why would you NOT replace something you had broken? They also don’t want a clients service tailored to the client’s needs but set to the companies wants. Not really how you run excellent customer care! I highly recommend this company if you want a company to brake stuff, not offer to replace it... read more
