I did write one but it seems it got lost. I keep getting sent to a page that says I did not complete survey--seems to be in a loop. Mayb I should have written review in this box #7 initially. Anyway confusing and unclear.
Love the whole office and staff! My only issue is with parking, or lack there of. It's hit or miss every time. Yesterday was especially frustrating - a Lexus and Mercedes deliberately took up 2 spaces each. It may be time for you to evaluate extra parking on, or close, to your office.
I am truly going to miss them! My dentist referred me and said that I would really like them, but I had no idea! I had an implant that I was putting off. They put me completely at ease and my new tooth is my favorite! Who knew?!
I feel your office is remiss in encouraging your patients to use the Gum stimulator. It is absolutely no good because the handle is too short and I cannot get an effective grip on it. I would much prefer the Lactona stimulator that you formerly handed out to patients. I was told those are no longer available. But would you please request Gum to change their handle. I feel very strongly about this, and would appreciate feed back from your office. Thanks
I very much enjoyed Lisa's friendly manner and how informative her gentle conversation was. I will definitely go out of my way to have her work on my teeth again. Thanks for being there :)
