My only comment for improvement is around the parking at your building. I know you do not have any control over the limited parking, but it would be helpful to have some suggestions for other places to park.
I love Dr. Sweeney's honest approach and his "bedside manor" and his staff in general so much that I have recommended them to numerous people, including my regular dentist so he knows to whom to refer people.
You misspelled "patients'" in question 7.
Dr. Sweeney is the consummate professional! I have gone to him for years for all of my dental issues and his warmth and caring ways always makes for a positive dental experience.
I'm impressed with the care, skills, considerations and friendliness.
It would be great to understand if I am improving from one cleaning to the next.
