Can't find a thing wrong with the staff or Dr. Ravel, who called me at home 6 hours after my procedure to see how I was doing. Very comforting!
Recently moved to Bellevue area and needed to locate a periodontic specialist. I reviewed information for many periodontists and selected Dr Sweeney. First visit was excellent and I highly recommend Dr Sweeney. Very thorough exam and full explanation for all questions and care going forward. Dr Sweeney and his staff very caring and put you at ease.
I went to Dr. Raval for a second opinion and was apprehensive due to past dental experiences. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Raval took the time to explain everything to me and even called my referring dentist while I was there to discuss his recommendations & perform a small procedure. The visit was surprisingly stress-free! I would definitely recommend Dr. Rival & go back even though he's is out of network for me.
Everyone was great. It has been a long time since I had been to the dentist so was not looking forward to it. I was put at ease immediately. I will definitely recommend Dr. Raval, Dr. Sweeney and their staff to my family and friends.
I can't imagine anyone finding this dental office anything but top notch. Their demeanor is "how can we be of service". They are punctual and ready to do good work on your behalf. In my life I've seen less then their standard but never better.
Overall, a pleasant environment with state-of-the-art tech capabilities, accessible and with parking space. A little pricey for a regular dental cleaning and does not provide any courtesy professional discount to health professionals without dental insurance. A brief 5-minute encounter with Dr. Raval cost me $90!
Everyone from the Office was Professional, and Friendly. They took time to make me comfortable and answer any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Raval took additional time to explain the procedure in terms I easily understood. Dr. Raval was Great! Thank you, Pete
I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Raval. Staff was very friendly, experienced, and proffecional. They attended all my needs and requests with great care. I give all five stars and would definitely recommend this office.
I came to Dr. Neal Raval for treatment of an infected implant set by another dentist with probably a lot less experience than Neal. Due to the infection and an apparently improperly sized implant there was significant bone loss with only 2 mm of bone left on one side of the jaw. Dr. Raval removed the old implant, performed a bone graft and kept the healing process under very tight control and extended the healing time - resulting in bone regrowth to 8 mm, a 4x increase!
