Where do I start? Filled in 2 forms online @ their website. No reaction whatsoever. Then gave them a call and had a rather extremely unpleasant experience with what sounded to be middle aged arrogant ladies ( either receptionists or customer support/service, they did no introduced themselves ). Great service ..staff are very helpful and prices are reasonable.
Fantastic garage my daughter's engine light came on just before her journey home which is a 4 hour drive,the AA just said don't worry it should be ok don't worry about it but Imperium sorted it for her I can't thank them enough.
Contacted site to arrange regassing of car a/c system. They were great at fitting me in and work was carried out well. Quickly and efficiently done. Great place
