My husband and I had a pleasure of working with Stanley Bastien and he literally treated us like family! He made the whole buying experience relaxing and stress free. Set up appt. Day prior to arriving the price went up $1000.00, I let them know that I was canceling appointment due to increase They called said they would honor prior price, Then made a point during discussion about it. Day later pricing went back down $1000.00

They LOST THE TITLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took them a full week to find it. I would have been OK with that, but they kept telling me that they'd get it 'tomorrow'...... Don't you hate being lied to ?

Great dealership. Dealt with them before. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold already when I showed up for my appointment to look at the car, cant fault them for it.
