I would've rated my experience with Imperial Hyundai as zero stars if I could. The car guru price was lowered to an amount that would be a good price. I contact the dealership and they indicated that was not the price of the vehicle. I was then transferred to a sales manager at the Milford site where the car resided. After a conversation with the man he indicated that he would honor the price for 2 days. The next day I traveled to the dealership 70 miles away. Dealer refused to honor the price that was quoted here on this site. Don’t recommend this dealer to anyone. Rated one star because I couldn’t leave none.

The internet sales manager confirmed a price for the car which was just about $100 more than the advertised price here (and on their site). Added $1,000 because I didn't have a trade. That was great. The following day another manager said the price was a mistake and refused to honor the deal that was made with the internet sales manager. I regret wasting my time with them.
Great people
Several cars in stock and friendly staff on telephone and email. Decided not to travel to dealer because of distance and online terms and conditions. My interpretation of their terms was unacceptable because it made it very easy for the price to be substantially different from the advertised online price. I also did not like the requirement that I had to select, purchase, and drive away with the car I wanted on the same day!
