The salesman were wonderful, we dealt with Alex mainly and he could not have been more helpful or attentive. Chris the Sales manager was always available to us and answered all our questions! I would give a 5 star rating for the sales people!!! The issue was when we went to the business manager for financing. Not sure what happened in there, but Robert was rude and could not have been more unhelpful, I have bought numerous cars in my life and have never had that bad an experience. Their ADS are misleading. In my local paper they list a Genesis G80 at $53,000 and under that price they show a savings of over $11,000. Then they show a price of $42,000. After talking with them the $53,000 MSRP was being discounted to $49,000. So the $11,000 savings is a myth.
