After exchanging e-mails on a specific used car I sought, I had an opportunity to go to the dealer. Salesperson Ahmed Mansour, a friendly man, listened to me and in the end brought upfront a car he thought suitable for test drive. He did not tell me whether it was the one I showed interest. The car had minor issues with drivetrain and cosmetics. Coming back Mansour assured me that the car had yet to be fully serviced. The sales person who contacted me was not reading the emails I sent. She would answer one of two questions and not the other. ecause the car looked like a deep blue in the pictures and the color was called something something metalic clearcoat, I asked what color the car was. It took 3 emails to get the answer that it was black and that email just said "black". Like I should know that the name given the color meant that it was black.

Honestly, this 1 star is way too much to give! I had conversations w/ Sales personal Addison whom contacted me several times to ask me to come test drive this vehicle. After several days & text, we confirmed for the following day where she assured me the vehicle would be there & if gone, she’d contact me directly.
