In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

I had my F150 in for repair today and can report that Frank (service writer) displayed his typical courtesy and friendliness. I was surprised when he wrote the work order and immediately offered the work was covered under my extended warranty (thank goodness). Not only did he leave a message on my voicemail when the work was completed, but followed-up with a second call to ensure I had received the message. I just want to take the time to thank Jean Ouellette for bringing me back to purchase my 2nd car from imperial. I had purchased a 2011 Jeep Compass back in 2013, and then decided in October that it was time to start looking at a little bigger vehicle that will suit the needs of me and my son. I tell everyone I can to not even go near this place. After just wanting to browse, they offered to look at our car to see what they'd offer for trade-in. Then tried to force us into buying a new car right then and there because our old car was now "theirs" because they took it around back and refused to release it to us.. before we even signed anything!! I went there for an oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I did buy there last year. First, the experience of buying it was excellent. Frank Dumas is just an all-around great guy and salesman. For the oil change, I brought it in and less than one hour later, it was done. I did not have an appointment and it was during the week. My experience with the salesman Firas Ektilah was exceptional. He is very polite and professional. I was there on Wednesday, a pretty cold night and he walked me around the lot and explained the differences between the vehicles I was interested in. I found one that I liked that night, while I was in with the finance guy Firas cleaned the car that was already pretty clean but he put his personal touch to it expecting that I was leaving with it that night.
