Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

My wife went for the service. She was there for about 45 mins total. They did what the needed to do and that was it. Did try to sell her anything just did the 15,000 mile service and sent her on her way.

I have been a Ford customer for 10 years. My wife and I have purchased 7 different brand new Fords over the past 10 years at a different Ford dealer in the area. My boyfriend and I recently bought a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium from Imperial Chevrolet. Our salesman, John Earl, was incredible to say the least. He didn't give us the runaround and was straight to the point with no games. He also had a wonderful personality and we had that instant gut feeling of he was a good guy. I recieved my new Ford Escape this week and Ron Dulac did a great job for me. The car is awesome and Ron helped me to learn how to use all the options.
This was my first time at Imperial and it started off a little shaky with looking at cars out of my price range because of a misunderstanding but in the end I left with a beautiful new car, 9 miles on the vehicle, in my price range with a 10year 120k mile warranty. I've been purchasing vehicles from Imperial since roughly 2004. Even though I drive past two other Ford Dealers to get to Imperial, I prefer to give my business to Imperial. I find their Service Department extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling an appointment. Today I dealt with Frank who is always friendly and explains everything about what their technicians will do and how much it will cost.
